How I feel about Music and the Fashion scene

I feel as though Music and Fashion have been working hand and hand for years. For example In the 1980’s the gold wrope represented the wealth that a rap artist had then. With out that people would indicate that a rapper is either not making any money from music, or they simply are not fashion minded.

With the emergence of what some call “the hipster culture,” musicians with abstract style are expected of by people. In some cases the streetwear cultre has propelled indie music by helping in giving musicians an “image.” And with an image comes a name. Some would say that the road to stardom for indie artist goes through the streetwear boutiques. I disagree with this statement because I feel that there are one million ways to get on, and they don’t all have to be the sneaker scene.

It sometimes seems like there are a million people trying to fit in through one door, evidently leading to a collapse. My advice for the day is make good music and make your own path to chase your dreams, you will get more respect for it.
